We ship nationwide via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days. If you place an order by noon (our time, business day) it will most likely ship the same day. If placed afternoon, it’ll most likely ship the following business day. You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. No international shipping, yet!
Our payment options include Credit & debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, and Cash. Contact us for payment details if you prefer not to use credit or debit.
We do not package these seeds ourselves. We do not open the packages to inspect the contents. Ever. We source seeds directly from the breeders in their authentic packages. The way we get them from the breeder is the same way we give them to you.
Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after your order has shipped. There are a few reasons for this. Mainly, it puts us at risk of people abusing the system. However, if there is a problem with your order, do not hesitate to let us know. We will do everything we can to fix it!
