SEEDS
Fire Tree Seed Vault does not offer refunds or accept returns on seeds for any reason. However, if you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it has shipped for a full refund.
Order Accuracy: We document every shipment with a photo prior to dispatch. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at firetreeseedvault@gmail.com and include a photo of the received items. After verifying with our pre-shipment photo, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost if an error occurred.
Wrong Address: If an address is deemed insufficient by the courier and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments returned to Fire Tree Seed Vault will require the customer to cover the cost of reshipment.
Returns Not Accepted: Please do not return any products to us, as returned packages will be refused and sent back to the sender.
We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or accept returns for seeds once shipped.
MERCHANDISE
For merchandise items, claims for misprints, damages, or defective products must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the item. For items lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any confirmed errors on our part will be resolved at our expense.
Incorrect Address: Similar to our seed policy, insufficient addresses provided by customers that result in returned shipments will incur additional shipping costs for resending the item.
Unclaimed Merchandise: Unclaimed packages returned to Fire Tree Seed Vault will require payment of reshipment costs.
Returns Not Accepted: Please do not send merchandise back to us, as it will be refused and returned to sender.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse on any merchandise.
